Fizz Margereson Black and white photoFizz is a South East London based Music Therapist.

She holds a BA Music degree from the University of York (main instruments are voice and cello) and MA Music Therapy from Anglia Ruskin.

Fizz has experience working with both children and adults. She has worked in adult Mental Health Community Settings, at a Hospice, in Hospitals, in Care Homes and in both Mainstream and Special Educational Needs Schools. She has worked with children in the Early Years, Autism, Severe and Profound and Multiple Learning needs, children with neurodegenerative conditions, mental health needs and children experiencing grief.

Fizz is psychodynamically trained and takes a person centred approach to her work. Fizz is led by the client and responds to their needs through a myriad of music making techniques including, improvisation, song writing and musical games.
