RMT Ensembles Concert 2026

Friday 03.07.26 7.00pm-9.15pm (approx) at The Live Room

This performance celebrates the wide range of ensembles we have on offer. With the Ensembles Passport your child already holds, they can attend other ensembles on the same passport level at no additional cost, so this concert is the perfect way to see what else they could take part in!

Audience note: The concert starts at 7.00pm and is expected to end at approx. 9.15pm. There will be a short interval but (unfortunately!) there is no refreshment provision onsite so you may wish to bring water with you.

Audience Tickets
Tickets will be available to purchase via TryBooking nearer the concert date (a link will be posted here).
Tickets will be available online until the start of the concert. No tickets will be available on the door.

Free Parking is available in the West Car Park which is close to the Live Room.  In order to park onsite you must either:

  • For safeguarding reasons, parents who wait for their child will be asked to remain in the foyer area. Only RMT Staff and children involved in the performance will be admitted to the rehearsal room.
  • If you would prefer your child to remain onsite once they have rehearsed, we can accommodate this.
  • We will only allow children to leave site unaccompanied in between the rehearsal and the concert if the relevant consent was given by the responsible adult on their sign up form.  Any changes to the consent originally given must be communicated with us by 5pm on Thursday 02.07.26.  Changes to consent received after this time cannot be approved.

  • Photography and Filming

Richmond Music Trust will occasionally use photographs and/or film footage of events. These images may be used to celebrate our musical activities and pupil achievements, to promote the Trust via our website and social media, for publicity or funding purposes related to music education, and for other publicity such as newsletters, promotional videos and press releases. When using photos and videos for publicity or website/social media purposes, we will not accompany them with any other personal information about the child. Images that might cause embarrassment or distress will not be used. We will only use images of pupils who are suitably dressed, to reduce the risk of such images being used inappropriately. Although we will carefully use images on the basis of our “legitimate interests” we understand there may be occasions where parents provide good reason why we should withdraw certain images. Should you prefer that we do not use your child’s image please email carolinepeirson@richmondmusictrust.org.uk to request this by 5pm on Monday 23.06.25.
