Joe Kinnear

Joe joins us as Operations & Finance Administrator, bringing training from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. Working as part of the core team, he takes on financial responsibilities, supports the administration of RMT’s tuition in schools, and coordinates ABRSM and Trinity exam sessions.

A lifelong participant in the arts, Joe grew up in Scotland (and did briefly play the bagpipes!) before building a career dedicated to supporting young people’s access to the arts – a journey that continues here at RMT.
