Singing Festival

Each year more than 2000 children take part in our Primary Singing Festival, which aims to inspire and support schools in their development of vocal work and is the musical highlight of the year for many schools. The RMT Vocal Team visits schools to work with them on the festival material and this builds towards the culmination of the festival at The Rose Theatre where we hold four colourful and exciting gala concerts which bring children, teachers and parents together to celebrate what we’ve worked on in the regional workshops.

Our annual singing event is back at the Rose Theatre in Kingston on the Tuesday 19th & Wednesday 20th May 2026. The theme is ‘Remember When…’.
