ABC Music

Location: Stanley Junior School, Stanley Road, Teddington
Day: Wednesday - 3.45pm - 7.45.pm
Sessions: 10 for each activity per term.
String Hour
4.30- 5.30pm Pre-Grade 1 - Grade 2+
Small string group with opportunities to learn a variety of pieces each term.

Woodwind Starter Group
5.10-5.50pm beginner to grade 2
This group is open to all woodwind players including recorders. The woodwind starter group aims to develop performance skills through playing in an ensemble. On selected weeks the group will join with the String Hour players.

This group will start on 28.02.07

Theory / Musician A
Theory / Musician A 4.00- 5.00pm
All levels of ability. designed to develop an understanding of musical theory and musicianship. Pupils are given the opportunity to take exams.

Richmond Junior Concert Band
6.30 - 7.45pm Grades 1-3+
Woodwind, brass, percussion.


Classical Guitar Ensembles

Beginner Ensemble
4.45-5.30pm
Covers basic skills, suitable for pupils with a minimum of 5 lessons up to grade 1 standard

Junior Ensemble
4.00-4.45pm
Grades 1-3

Senior Ensemble
5.00-5.45pm
Grade 4 and above

Specialist instrumental tuition is also available on flute, clarinet, saxophone, brass.
